Village Survey
Due to the need to cancel the Barn Dance as a consequence of lack of numbers, the Committee has decided to carry out a full survey of all members of Chenies Village Society, ie residents of the Village, in order to establish what you all want from the committee in terms of future events etc. The aim will be to find out how valued the Society is against the background of Item 3 of The Chenies Village Society Rules and Objectives (see below) and most importantly to identify what support can be anticipated from all in the community.

We hope to commence the survey in the Autumn and have it completed by Christmas allowing some reference to be made to it at the village party on 10 January, Until that time the committee has decided to leave organisation of any events other than those mentioned earlier in the newsletter in abeyance. Hopefully then we can go forward again with a more focussed programme.
